I think i-mate focusses a particular target market. its design and features are very impressive and its users find its very difficult to switch to other brands. Its my personal experience that i-mate users are very loyal to the brand.

Its really good and very user friendly. Little bulky but features are pretty good.

To be frank I never saw an i-mate phone or heard a lot about it. Is it a famous phone out there?

I don't like i-mate phones. They are old and very poor designed.
